Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: Good question. We don’t want to list your house. We are looking for houses to purchase. We have funds available and ready for us to find another house. We are professional home buyers: We buy houses across Chicagoland that meet our purchasing criteria.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Yes. If we did not, then we would never buy any houses. All of our past customers feel like we have given them their life back because they are no longer stressed out. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: We like to be very straightforward and open about our buying process. 

We have to look at the location of the property, the repairs that are required, the property’s current condition, and the values of comparable houses sold in the local area recently.

We look at many pieces of information so we can come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too. We understand that our offer must meet your needs or it just won’t work. So we do our best to give you the best offer we can make.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
